We’re proud to announce the winners of the ‘BEST ROOKIE DECK’ category. This year the category was the most voted on category in all the DOTYs. Talk about passion! This category highlights talent entering the industry and gives us a taste of what’s to come. Entrants in the category were allowed to partner but the entry must have been the debut deck of at least either the producer or designer. Grand prizes are granted to the debut designer/producer of the winning entry where available.
